Why I Do This

I rebuilt myself first.

By my late thirties, two decades into teaching fitness, my own body was falling apart. Weight climbed, muscle vanished, and bone deep fatigue made ordinary days feel impossible.

The missing link wasn't more discipline. It was a nervous system stuck in survival mode. Once I understood that, everything changed, and it's the method I now teach every woman I work with.
