The first pillar of the From Fatigued to Fit program is not just exercise, but smart exercise. Over the years I have seen people push themselves too hard thinking that more work will bring better results. The reality is that pushing too hard will only create more burnout instead of the results you’re craving. With my program you will learn how to re-build lean muscle while burning fat in smart and effective ways that won’t put excess “bad” stress on your body. A library of workouts created especially for women over 40 will be at your fingertips as well as live-streaming videos. This is not a PDF style program; you will be guided by me the whole way. Imagine finally getting the right type of workout that will create dramatic change in only 30-40 minutes a session. 

Food + Nutrition

How we fuel our bodies has a significant impact not only on how we look but also on how we feel. The From Fatigued to Fit Program cuts through all the misleading health information and gives you the real answers that will create long lasting change metabolically. Food has the ability to shift your hormones, enhance the integrity of your cells, drastically slow/reverse the aging process and help your body burn fat for energy. You will have access to recipes, live cooking demonstrations and nutritional talks giving you the power to create food that will help you feel, look and age your best. There is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition. I will work with you to find where you are today and make the right changes over time that will lead you to feeling better than you ever have. 

Lifestyle

What’s going on inside of our heads and hearts is just as important as our nutrition and exercise. This is a piece that most programs don’t take into account but that I have found to be a game changer. If you are constantly in a state of stress or not feeling happy your body will not be able to release and make the changes you want it to make. Creating harmony by incorporating strategies that support your physical, mental, and social well-being is what will round out your program. Finding what resonates with you can seem overwhelming but I will walk with you to find the best fit for your lifestyle.
