April's Story
For over two decades, April has passionately been helping women get fit and improve their health in almost every way possible. Her expertise leads women through personal fitness training, nutritional therapy, and restoring their metabolism.
From a very early age, April has been driven by an innate talent and unwavering confidence in understanding the complexities of the human body, long before fully comprehending the profound impact it would have on her life’s purpose. For April, this calling is not merely a pursuit but an inherent part of her identity, her very own superpower.
April has evolved into a devoted practitioner specializing in the realms of chronic stress and metabolic dysfunction. She recognizes the profound impact these challenges have on individuals’ overall health, fitness goals, and well-being. Guided by her mission to help others live their best lives, April utilizes her expertise to empower and guide individuals in overcoming the damage and obstacles caused by chronic stress patterns. Through her dedicated practice, April supports individuals in healing and repairing the detrimental impacts they may be facing. She uses her specialized fitness techniques to build a foundation that will allow for lasting results.
This type of work is very close to April’s heart because in 2015, her health story took a turn for the worst. Major stressors in her personal life, combined with hormonal crashes, led to a dark cycle of dysfunction and burnout. The symptoms worsened as she entered her 40s. She endured significant challenges such as muscle loss, fat gain, mood swings, crushing fatigue, brain fog, depression, blood sugar issues, nervous system dysregulation, and poor sleep. When she reached a point of complete burnout, she knew she had to delve deep into learning how to heal herself and rebuild her life.
Her new goal was not to just survive but to thrive in her “aging” years. Through extensive research, education, and constant refinement, she developed a plan that enabled her to reverse the metabolic damage caused by chronic stress, restore the dysregulation within her nervous system, enhance her brain function, shed unhealthy stored fat, and gain strong lean muscle. Now in her late 40s, April proudly attests that she is getting better with time and feels more excited about her future than ever before.
April learned the hard way that as we age, burning the candle at both ends will only lead to accelerated aging, metabolic dysfunction, and overall negative results. However, she also discovered that these effects can be reversed when knowing what to do and how to do it. She assures those she works with that they are not sentenced to a lifetime of feeling worse as they get older. That they CAN feel better, perform better, and age better, but they must start now.
April has done the work and delved down all the rabbit holes, so you don’t have to. She has developed transformational programs that eliminate confusion and solely focus on what needs to be done to achieve optimal results now and for years to come. She calls her transformation process “getting fit from the inside out” as it actively repairs and revitalizes every system within the body. Her mission is all about “Getting Better with Time.”
